Getting my visa through indiavisaco.com was quite convenient. I have heard friends telling me that it was much more complicated before and they had to get their fingerprint stamped at the consulate.

I travel overseas fairly often and visa arrangements to some countries are quite complex as I believe India was in the past. What a relief to find indiavisaco which provides a courteous, timely, efficient, clear and low cost way of obtaining a visitor visa for India. The service was very good, and quick! A couple of issues though ...... the information on the page was not always so clear, so I had to ask a few questions. They were answered immediately, and clearly though. Another thing, the "additional information" requested before the visa could be issued included information that I thought was irrelevant, ie: my religion, my education levels, and information about my parents. Why is that information necessary, and what is done with that information afterwards? I travel a lot around the world, and this is the first time I have been asked for this information.
Overall, the service was excellent, tough.

The Company handled the matter as efficiently as possible - I believe; the cost of Visa and fee for the services do not compare favourably with some other, similar countries. But, that may be beyond their control.
