The Shipper never updated the tracking info. Shipper couldn't find the pallet. Your support people on the web site's chat were slow and never gave me answers of where the pallet was. Saia showed it was in Atlanta for many days. Finally I was able to get someone that thought it was odd that it was sitting on the other side of the country for five days. Later that day I got a call to schedule delivery the following Monday. Web site still said it was in Atlanta, not Oregon. Monday came, got a call from the driver. Very nice driver, got it off the truck and down my long driveway.

Connected the hose from my automotive vacuum pump to my mini-split A/C. Worked on Fujitsu and Pioneer (I expect it will work on most). Works fine.

After finally deciding which unit to purchase, I placed the online order with everything I would need for the installation. The order arrived in a timely manner. Everything I purchased was included in the order and was in excellent condition.That means a lot. I followed the manual to a t on the install and everything turned out great. So far the unit is exceeding my expectations. Now I'm just waiting on the utility bill to see how it affects it.
