As far as quality it is fine the price was good just that the heat part of it dos not put out heat like I thought it would do in my home I have to run extra heaters just to keep it at 70 degrees buyer beware you get what you pay for

The unit purchase price was great, the additional items (Charging adapter, PVC line cover kit, and wireless internet access module) were priced good also. Delivery was really fast, I purchased on 12/08, and it was delivered on 12/11. I thought $140 shipping was high, but it may be reasonable for the size and weight and speed of delivery. The install was really easy (once I replaced the faulty charging adapter). I had a issue with the internet access module, but I found my mistake was not setting the remote type (should follow directions more closely). Once I fixed this, I could control the unit from my phone. I also went into the Alexa app, and activated Alexa with the internet control module. Now I can change the AC/Heat settings thru Amazon Alexa, my phone, and the remote that came with the unit.

I had decided to get a Pioneer unit and one day it popped up at $250 off. I was able to upgrade the lines and have it delivered for less than the regular price. The unit is quiet though the sound increases the harder it works but nothing I would call loud. The remote offers some nice features

This was not needed as I got the same adapter in the vacuum kit I ordered so if you are ordering a vacuum kit check to see if it already has this adapter.
