I have ordered a few of these units from high seer in the last few years, and have had no problems out of any of them. They are a quiet, and efficient way to heat and cool any space...The units are easy to set up. I am writeing this reveiw while sitting in the warmth of my new office, and it is 29 degrees out this morning...

I've only had this unit installed for a couple weeks but so far so good. This unit managed to keep up with the record winter storm in Texas last week. The system runs super quiet indoors and out.
