I was a little anxious about this order as it was a very important gift that I wanted to make to a friend in Australia. Living in France, I thought things might get complicated and I would never have it on time to send to Australia. Iam so pleased with the quality of the bracelet along with the rapid responses to my anxious emails and also the fact that I communicated with a real human being who was just as worried about me being happy than I was about receiving the product. What can I say? quick, effective and great quality for money. Thank you!

Locket ordered for my daughter's 12th birthday arrived promptly. The locket itself is perfect, but the chain is finer than I expected and we will probably substitute another stronger chain until she is older. I thought the charge for engraving a bit steep, especially as there is a set rate for engraving each side and we only required one letter on the front of the locket. I believed that I had ordered my daughter's name to be engraved on the back and her initial on the front, but the finished product was engraved in the reverse.

Really great and I've ordered a bracelet form you before, the only thing is I think the added cost of engaving is a bit cryptic. It says '17 letters free' but i seemed to get none free and had to pay an extra £10. For the price, it would be fair to include the engraving i think.

Really impressed with the fast efficient service. I was very pleased with the gift bought for my husband. On other sites it requires you to include a * or / to denote a new line for engraving purposes. This site doesn't so I was concerned as to how the engraving would be done. This would be helpful in future.
