I absolutely love the product and the engraving looks suberb!
The speed of delivery, packaging and customer service was faultless except - I emailed at the time of ordering to ask if the product would reach me before 23rd Dec as I am going away for Christmas.
Even though the product arrived in plenty of time, and you probably knew that it would, I never received any feedback to confirm whether it would or not, should I have needed to find an alternative gift!
