It is a beautiful Hammock. It came with a thread pulled in the middle and the Channel is disappearing in that spot so I have a large section of cushion in the middle. Called hatteras customer service twice ,no response. It is an expensive item to come damaged!!! I love it, its so comfortable and I even ordered a $100 pillow but I would like it to last. I am a nurse and I am exhausted so it is my saving grace after a long shift but again would just like it to last.
