My corgi Liberty is really getting the hang of her new wheels!! I definitely had to adjust the wheel height a few times but now I've got it and I'm so excited that Liberty will be able to get a lot more exercise again soon!

I put in a claim for possible return due to the fact that my dog despite the wonderful construction of this device and my thorough process of adjusting and refitting - refuses to move once I put this on her. She merely stands there crying at me until I take it off. I have requested a return three times without reply or email. I have nothing in my junk mail.

appears ok. wheels turn hard but can be adjusted. dog doesn't like it at all. probably won't use it but it was worth a try.

It took some time to adjust to my dog but following the instructions made the process easier. The wheelchair is nicely made and i was so happy to watch my girl run again. She took to it almost immediately and although we only wanted to fit her in it the first night she took off and walked for almost 20 minutes and was comfortable enough to do her business. We are extremely happy with this purchase.

very versatile and customizable my dog fits so well in it. he takes steps in it without even realising it, my only wish is if there was more material on teaching the dog to use it. Corgis are very stubborn dogs so I knew there would be a long learning curve but there isn't much to go on except for the single piece of paper that comes with the cart on how to teach your dog to walk with it. the equipment itself is wonderful can't ask for more.

It looks and does what it says it will do and the video it helps put it together..Tacoma let's us put her in it but she wasn't liking it this morning. She did pee yesterday but today she wants nothing to do with it. I'm sure she will get used to it and love it.

We are working on getting used to the wheels. My corgi is not to thrilled with it but we are only a week into it. Going slow in the house and keeping it positive. Hoping he will be able to go on short walks this summer. Quality of life is important.

Haven't used it yet, but no problems with ordering, shipping or receiveing product. I'm taking the precautions to get my Jackson corgi used to it. Plus he can still use his left leg to go outside with more traction and is still very happy about going outside. Other three legs are fine. Seems to be a very sturdy cart. No pics yet.

The product itself is well made, and essential for disabled dogs. It is difficult to setup and adjust perfectly for my dog, he is a corgi. I wish they offered zoom type help. You can email or call but I am a very visual learner and am struggling. I will continue to work at it until we are both happy and mobile. Thanks for making these products

Easy measuring instructions, the video was helpful. I liked how it shows you what to expect in the box. We are very excited to get this and get our Brock back up on his feet!! We are struggling with adjustments and getting everything lined up appropriately on Brock. He is almost 12 so he isn't as enthusiastic as he used to be so it's difficult to get him to want to try to walk with the wheels. I need to follow up with customer service for the fit and adjustment issues. I wish they had a zoom type service as I am a very visual learner and am struggling to perfect the fit. Nothing wrong with the product, just working on perfecting it for my dog.

Difficult to set up and size properly, no instructional video as promised. Still unable to use it. Becomes worthless if not able to figure out or acclimate our dog to it.

My 12 year old corgi is benefiting greatly from this! I’d never ordered a doggie wheelchair before, but this company came highly recommended by numerous corgi owners and sites. Customer service was excellent, and delivery was timely...even with COVID. My pup can get around the house now, so I couldn’t be happier.

It is tricky fitting it to our corgi. Wish we had a little more guidance. The videos on the website are helpful but it would be great to put a few more examples of troubleshooting to get the right fit.
