I got the water chiller but I think I ordered an underpowered one. I will probably have to order the biggest model of water chiller and try that one where I want to use it next year. I should be clear that this is not grow aces fault at all, but still affects the experience. Thank you for your work and services.

I received two High Pressure Sodium Bulbs.
The packaging looked fine but when I installed the bulbs they did not work.
Also one my transformers stopped working after a very short usage time.
I contacted customer support via email.
They responded that they received my email and that someone would contact me on the phone number I provided and have had no response. I believe it was at least two weeks ago.
