received damaged fixture in undamaged packaging ,many hours of messasges,phone calls,over days.
Grow Ace ,did not come up with a quick solution ,picked one of my solutions refund 1/3 cost of said unit.
no i would not shop with them again .and would advise others of the poor quality control and customer service

I ordered this product and never ended up receiving it! It has taken them over 2 months and multiple phone calls to customer service. I called to have this refunded weeks ago and they still haven't even done that! This company is such a joke and I would never ever suggest this company to even my worst enemy...

You Guys are Awsome but one thing needs to be addressed:: be honest about time frame of deliveries & shipping.if we pay for expedited delivery thats what we should get,not 2-3 weeks later.Youre doing good but Youve got some heavy competetion in the Online World.Fix this issue and You will be on Top !!

This is the forth set of power cords to come with 240 volt ends when I made it clear I am on 120 volts.
The other three times were with venders I will not visit again. I was so frustraited I cut the ends off and purchessed the right ones just to end the frustraition.
