I purchase large amounts of Silver and Gold from several different, reputable companies. This is the FIRST time I have ever witnessed needing to pay a "Deposit" as well as an extreme amount of S/H, Plus an Extra Surcharge if I wanted to pay with PayPal. Most of your competitors offer free S/H, No surcharge on PayPal and I can still do wire transfers without an outrageous S/H fee. As another business owner, you seem to not care about maintaining repeat customers? Just my opinion.
Follow-Up: I paid by Wire Transfer (Same day as on-line purchase), yet my purchase was NOT shipped within the "2-4" business days as stated in their policy. I followed ALL Directions as stated On-Line within 2 hours of On-Line Order. It took repeated, demanding, emails to get Gold Mart to ship my package. I should have read other Reviews prior to Purchase. I feel lucky to have receive product. If you chose to use company, I strongly suggest using V/MC, so you could dispute charges if product doesn't arrive as promised. S/H and Customer Service has much to be desired. There are too many other companies to shop with via the net. I would stay clear of this company. I will say that my product was delivered in the end, only 2 1/2 weeks late!

Everything was good except slowness / delays in payment process. Bank is taking a day for wire transfer and Goldmart.com is taking another 48 hours to confirm that they received payment. After money went out from my account no clue about it for 3 days. Except this everything is excellent.
