Great price and value, good overall service.

Shopping easy; having my credit union pay electronically is frustrating. They must be staffed by idiots.

i've always had a good vibe when ordering from you...however, the last two deliveries took way to long to get to me...i always pay direct deposit(cash)straight into your account...yet i had to wait over 7 to 10 days...it shouldn't take that long...2 to 3 days tops !!! from when payment is confirmed...it used to come that way...but lately delivery has been alittle slipshod...i just ordered another 2lbs. ...please,ship on time...thank you so much for listening to me....

do I pay with check or will you use my credit card.......it seems you are billing my credit card for the purchase...though I put to be paid by check....I will await your response

great experience, easy purchase. BTW, during the purchase process the word "insure" is used when it should have been "ensure". Insure is only used when something is literally insured by a policy or some sort of backing.

Did not receive a shipping e-mail after 8 business days from deposit of check and Order Status listed purchase as "paid and processing." I contacted Customer Service, and the gentleman with whom I spoke was surprised at the lack of action after 10 days from payment - promised prompt follow-up response. Received a rather snippy e-mail an hour later stating that the order had been shipped and I had been notified by e-mail (which actually arrived an hour after that). Would recommend that you instruct your customer service reps that "the customer is always right - even if they're not - and that politeness goes further than dubious, self-serving assertions. Also, you really should review the 7-day lag after payment by check - 3 to 4 days max.

Hello I received my order in perfect condition I'm very pleased with overall experience the only thing that I want to caution is US Postal service just put box in mail box with no signature requested even though box clearly said it required signature for delivery, but that was USPS dropping the ball! I would definitely order again from Goldmart.

I buy some good quality coins from you folks would be nce to see free shipping once in awhile as others do. They seem to be in the same ball park price wisebut I do like buying from you folks. Thanks

Your website is annoying. Not sure why you insist on asking for a credit card number if I'm paying by check?

And it was also annoying to have to fill everything out a second time when I decided to change the quantity of my order.
