it is by now one month that I have purchased a packet from "Gigapros" and I can affirm some management to be satisfied also being professional the team it is very simple that is behind the assistance it is excellent, I have always received answers to my questions within few times, in clear and precise way.
I have had the possibility to work with different services of hosting, finding then different problems not to speak then of the slowness with which I sent ftp file, to work instead with gigapros it is a pleasure

Just changed my domain provider to gigapros and has a few issues setting up my domain
I contacted their support, expecting a hint or 2. Instead they fixed my whole issue and upgraded my install to the most current version in under 30 minutes.

I have been more than happy with the service from gigapros since I signed up, it is extremely
reliable and I have not had any down time at all.
I recently tried to install a SSL certificate, it was the first time I had done this. Gigapros customer service was absolutely fantastic and did all this for me free of charge. All my questions have bee
n responded to within minutes of emailing them. First class!

Gigapros and Tapas M. are awesome
I had no clue was I was doing from the very start so I talked to several different companies. Gigapros impressed me from the beginning and that's why I went with them. I know a little more now but they still help me out and answer all of my questions. Even when my site was going through a DDOS attack they were lett
