A little over a year ago I was looking for a host to set up one of my sites
The choices were daunting, to say the least. After reading countless reviews of many of the top rated hosts, Gigapros was among the top candidates. So, I decided to try them and host my web site makmakmen(dot)com.
Most everything I wanted to do just worked, and any problem
s I had were quickly solved by their self-support. The customer service is prompt and always give me the information I need to make my website function the best.
The server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent.
Their pricing is competitive in my opinion..
Think that I will stay a long-term customer! Good hosting provider

Giga are the best and most helpful host ever

I just signed up with Gigapros
I wasn't able to get my video streaming application to work. They debugged a complicated script for me which fixed the video streaming app. I've worked with many web hosts, and none have ever provided me with this level of service. I couldn't be happier with Gigapros.

GigaPros do excellent job here
GigaPros keep looking the best solution for their client always. I have been with GigaPros for going 1 year soon, and total have moving server 3 times which free of charged and without downtime here.
i host my dolphin website here and i found the server more and more stable than before every time they move to new
server. Now i can visit my site faster than before d! Thanks GigaPros!

What a breath of fresh air!
Our previous host was consistently down. Made the switch, and our site has been up 100% of the time. About 5:30am, I talked to Tier 1 support
I was about to buy a hosting account, and I felt that their Magento demo was going a little slow. The gentleman said things looked okay from his venue but would escalate things anyway. He was very knowledgeable for Level 1, and helpful.

GigaPros is the company you go to for you server and more needs
There customer service is outstanding to say the least they make you feel as if they work just for you! There servers are 100% reliable and this is all coming from a very high maintenance customer (thats me!)lol. I cant say enough about GigaPros!

You guys are awesome
Don't change anything you are doing and we will stay happy. Since the beginning I have got nothing but good support. I host a variety of sites on one of their servers and the uptime is 99% and prices are decent so I can't complain.

From great to HORRIBLE! 3 Year Customer Experience
I have been a long time customer and have seen the service go from excellent to absolutely garbage. From the beginning there was always issues with the servers which made things a HUGE headache running the Boonex Dolphin Platform. I could literally rant for hours on the many weeks of fine tuning sites to work with the servers in the first year. They
have kicked my sites offline several times for "getting too many hits" which google analytics shows completely different. The shared server is a ripoff.. As a matter a fact so is the dedicated server I was hosted on with them. When I was in the process of selling a $10,000 website I was canned because it had too many hits.. Then forced to upgrade to their dedicated server, which took over 5 days to complete and made me lose over 7k. Thanks for the headaches guys! Oh also its great how recently they shut down ALL of my sites for absolutely nothing with all of the pages saying ACCOUNT SUSPENDED.. Again for NO REASON! Imagine the people who went on the high dollar sites to see that information. They must think we are crooks! Bad for business
