Seemed to be all about upselling me additional services versus giving an honest and professional assessment of what I really needed. Other than that the product quality and installation were fine.

I did not request the inspection check list. I saw the spring was broken. The bill reflected half of what I had paid for the original door. It was never explained why I needed a double spring when the original door had a single spring. I did not receive a receipt after the work was completed, just, verbally, the amount to be paid. Felt I was in an impossible situation, in that I was not able to get in or out of the garage manually, so had to pay the price, which I felt was out of proportion to the repair. The new spring looks fine so I assume the work was done correctly. Could not, in good conscience recommend your company to anyone.

My garage door is squeaking. Other than that, all good.

The service person was prompt and took care of everything that was needed.

My Wife called me at work around 4:30 PM and told me our garage door wouldn't go up and she had a doctors appointment in the morning and was afraid she would not be able to get to it, if we couldn't get the door fixed. I found Precision on Google and the comments from others were encouraging, so I called them. The receptionist that answered the phone was very helpful and made arrangements to get a tech out around 6:00 PM. I got home at around 5:45 PM and Robert Tagaloni (Precision Technician) arrived shortly afterwards. He inspected the problem, walked through it with me, provided options (with recommendations) and then went to work, once I had made a decision on how I wanted to go. The work was completed quickly and the garage door is working better than it ever has. I have nothing but good things to say about both the phone operator that set up the appointment and the technician who made the repair. I asked him for his card so I could recommend your company to anyone I come across (both now and in the future) that may need garage door work done. I also called your help desk back to let them know how pleased I was with both the service I received as well as the response. If in the future, I need the motor replaced on my system I will be coming to you for the repair.
