The workman was very professional and explained the problem and what corrective actions were required. I needed a new trolley for a Martin overhead door. The limit switch though would make the door go back up by itself once it touched the floor. He adjusted the switch and it worked for a week. It then started doing the same thing by going back up by itself once touching the floor. He came back out didn't charge me anything a readjusted the limit switch.

Right now I have the same problem the door raises itself when it touches the floor so I just hit the garage door button when it reaches the floor. I'll have to adjust the limit switch he showed me how.

Had to send a second technician on same day first one did not repair properly. Has worked well since. BCR

The people were very cordial and helpful. It seemed to take a while to get the garage door installed, but I realize we are quite a distance from San Diego. I am so far very satisfied with its operation.

The service tech was courteous and professional. He called before he came on the agreed time. He knew what the problem was and fixed it. The door has been working flawlessly since then. I have no problems recommending this company.

The initial contact said that there was a fixed charge for the service call and then a fixed charge for the parts. The work was very satisfactory. The problem was that when I got the bill the charge for the part was extremely high, when I could have bought the part at Home Depot for about $15. I called to complain about it, and was told that the charge for the part included the additional labor to install it. To me, this was deceptive and misleading on the part of the person who took the initial call, as that was not what was promised. I spoke to the manager, who adjusted the price of the part to $15.

The new opener installed on my door is outstanding and very quite compared to the old screw drive.
Installation was prompt with very short time required.

We had service and repair with Larry and he was excellent. Knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

These guys are true to their words.....My garage door system went completely array after a recent electrical outage and had to call for technical support to readjust my unit. The technician that came to repair my eight (8) year old unit and could not get it to re-calibrate the basic function (up/down travel limits). He ultimately stated since the company guarantees complete satisfaction he replaced the entire unit with a fully upgraded unit at no cost to me (approx. $600.00). Now that is what I call taking care of the customer and is still why I am completely dedicated to Precision Door Service for my entire garage door needs.
