The gentleman in Customer Service I spoke to , I believe it was Tim... got me set up for a Service Tech to come out and repair my garage door Sunday between 6 & 8pm... he explained Adrian would be the gentleman fixing the door... on Sunday Adrian contacted me saying he could come out early to fix my garage door, which was Great!!!... Adrian explained it was a broken spring on the door.... He was very professional and had my garage door fixed in about a hour... You Guys Are Awesome!!!...

Adrian came in and told me the problem and two solutions and then gave me the choice. When I chose the solution that was right for me, he went right to work and put in the new parts and it is working better than ever. I'm very pleased with the work and how Adrian handled everything

They came out and checked my malfunctioning door. Tech was on time, and very pleasant. Even though my door was beyond repair, he tried everything! In the end, looks like a new door is on the horizon, and I will be contacting Precision to replace it!
