Difficult to rate the product until I use it more. So far have not needed it but will assume it's a good product (new keypad for garage door).

The man that came out was on time and very proffesional. He asked what the problem was and listened intently to me. He accessed the situation and discussed with me a couple of options. We decided on the best option and then he did the work in a quick and thorough manner. The price was reasonable, and my garage door is working great again.

Mr Ben Bahr and his associate are very professional and courteous. They finished the job in a satisfactory manner, however I am very DISPLEASED of the very expensive price of the products offered needed to complete the project. OVERPRICED!!! I believe that the almost thousand grand total I paid for the whole project was a RIP-OFF!! Furthermore, upon review of the invoice, I had to call Mr Bahr for an item on the receipt charged me that was not supposed to be charged!!

The door hasn't arrived and installed yet. So I have no idea what the quality of the product is. Ben was very helpful and explained everything to me in a clear and precise manner. It was a please to deal with him.

When the torsion spring broke on our double car garage door we had no idea who to call. After searching on line we found a video from Precision Door that really showed me that this was a company that knows what they are doing. I have had other service companies come out but we're unable to to finish the job because they simply did not have the right parts on their truck to finish the job. That was definitely not the case with Precison Door. We chose this company because we could see that being prepared for almost anything is what set Precision Door apart from any run of the mill 'Handy Man's Helper'. Our technician, Wes, called ahead of our appointment to verify he was in route and was right on time. Upon assessing the condition of our door he pointed out few 'interesting choices' the original installer had made. Instead of laying any of that on the homeowner he simply identified the option we had in terms of what it would take to get the door fixed. We followed his advice and replaced the Torsion spring, the Roller Bearings and had new cables installed as ours showed signed of fraying. Wes was professional, informative and courteous throughout the appointment. At the end of the day we ended up with a BETTER garage door than we had when it was new simply by having the correct (right sized) hardware installed on our door. Thank you to Wes and the entire Precision Door team! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
