There is nothing wrong with the shirt per se, but it seems to be a size smaller than the the plain henleys. Different manufacturer or something.

I normally wear a 2xl but the xl fit me perfect. Love the shirt it is much more comfortable and cooler than my company provided bulwick buttton up frc and has the same protection levels.

When I laundered the product according to the instructions, it shrank. It shrank enough that it is too small. Had to order a different product.
