I ordered the women's black cane with hummingbirds with the supposedly comfort handle. I thought that was the soft comfort offset handle. I was very wrong. I also ordered the blue butterfly cane and it also had a hard handle but it does have finger grips. But in my book, neither should be called a comfort handle.

Arrived safely, well packed. Cane is a bit stouter/heavier than I am used to, but I can adapt very easily. Handle is of a great ergonomic design vs. the traditional curved one, also a better looking product. It is of more than adequate length for my height and will be easy to trim. Would buy again .....

my son who received the cane(ms issue) told me that the cane was much thicker than he was expecting. i told him to explore a return/exchange option.
