This cane exceeded all expectations. It is very sturdy and well made. The handle is beautiful with a finish so incredible that you'd think it was a collector's piece. Even my physical therapist was very impressed with this cane. I've gotten many compliments from friends. Being 51, I didn't want to be walking about with an aluminum cane. This looks as much a fashion statement as a medical device. Perfect blend of classic style blended with a modern look in the handle pattern.

Excellent products at excellent prices. The mobile website is poorly designed with some products not showing in proper categories (e. g. men's canes) but showing by, say, manufacturer.

I found that navigating through the website was fairly easy. There is a large selection to choose from, so there should be no problem finding a cane that you would like.

Shipping would be only issue and it really isn't an issue but tracked order and it seemed like a weather pattern that got stuck in PA for a few days then made it to Syracuse to be handed off to USPS.

Very poor workmanship. Where the handle (grip) attaches to the shaft (above the collar) the handle is offset on one side, creating a gap. I would have returned it, except for the fact that I noticed it after I cut it.

This website provides beautiful canes at a reasonable price as well as have the option to have the cane be a custom size for those of us out there that are on the petite side. Overall great experience and I am already looking to buy more canes in different styles and colors!

I bought this for my father for Father's Day because he getting a little unstable. He absolutely loves it and is so proud to take it with him everywhere he goes. He said he feels like Bob Dylan!! He thought I spent like $150 on it, so I am now the best daughter ever, and I actually spent less than half of that on it, but I'm not telling him that!! ;-)
