Check out was major confusing. Kept telling me info was missing ?? Finally called Sized the cane according to your directions ( floor to wrist) had someone measure it for me and it's definitely too short.

The website was easy to use, & placing the order was simple once the measurements were determined. Once the order was placed, updates were provided as the order went through the system. And an email asking for verification that the order had been received arrived the day after the estimated delivery date. This attention to detail was very nice.

Purchased a previous version of this cane a few years ago and it needed replaced because the shaft was starting to crack. This new cane is worse in almost every way. The shaft has a smaller diameter, the finish on the shaft isn't as good, the collar color is horrible next to the handle (there were only two choices and one of them was actual gold.) and the handle was screwed into the shaft off-center. Considering sending it back, but trying to decide if losing about $20 (shipping total both ways) is worth it.

The page said that there were multiple choices for the collar that weren't actually available. Of course, the one I wanted wasn't one of the two choices that there actually were. The cane is poorly made compared to one we got a few years ago from here. The cane has a smaller diameter, the finish isn't nearly as good, the collar choices aren't good and the handle was screwed into the cane off-center. Considering sending the cane back but need to figure out if losing about $20 (total for shipping both ways) is worth it.

Excellent cane!! I would like to see the handles sold seperate from the canes so that they could be interchangeable on the canes for diferent occasions.
