Sizing/measuring instructions and video were clear. Could not locate an option to specify the length. After receiving the cane, it was obvious the customer was required to cut the cane to length.

Just wish I'd seen the low profile 1st. The 3/4 was a little big needed smaller anyway. Used electrical tape around shaft, made your tip good and tight. Looks bulky though. I'll save a few bucks and order smaller and low profile later. Thanks.

I ordered 2 18mm and 2 22mm cane tips, received 1 18mm and 3 22mm. When calling to return, I was told that there is a fee to get a refund (about $3.00+ on A 9.00 order), I told the customer service (?) person that I would just dispose of the wrong items. I do not plan to do business with this company and will also not recommend them. Wasting $10.00 is a cheap price to find out a company does not need my business, only my money.
