Pros: I purchased this for my son, his first year in college and it is made very well. It definitely looks like it will last him until he graduates from college.

Pros: The quality of this trunk far surpasses the ones available at the local retail outlets. Very sturdy (can sit or stand on it with no problem). Stores TONS of stuff...must have for college dorms. Cons: The handles are a little small, making it difficult to carry for a distance (the 3rd floor..ouch) Comments: In spite of the handle issue i would recommend this item to any student or camper

Pros: While this is no lightweight trunk, my daughter just took her navy blue trunk off to college yesterday. The trunk is extremely sturdy, can be used as a seat or a stepstool in a dorm, and is very handsome. The staff notified promptly that the glide and go trays were out of stock & asked if I still wanted the order, but I received both the trunk and the trays ahead of scheduled delivery. With any care she'll have this trunk the rest of her life. Cons: Weight. You won't be moving it much. Comments: I am very pleased I stumbled upon this company after seeing other cheaper trunks which looked sturdy enough on line but weren't. The staff was extremely courteous about delays and shipping time was less than expected. Thanks! Pros: Received the Graduate footlocker about 1 week ago. Was purchased for our son to take to college. When we opened the box we were all standing around going wow! The red color we ordered was the perfect shade and the construction is of the best quality. The interior is very attractive and we were exceedingly pleased with the overall product. We were not familiar with your company prior to ordering but decided to go with you after an internet search for footlockers brought us to your site. The site itself is very informative and we loved the way that we could see various colors on the different sizes, as well as the accessories available. Your staff called to confirm everything and also called to inform me that the sliding tray was on backorder and offered me the option of a refund for that part or free shipping once the part came in. I received the tray a week later and everything went very smoothly. I'm glad I found your company and although I am sure that this trunk is sturdy enough to be passed down a few generations I plan to order another when my daughter goes to college and will gladly refer you whenever I can. The money was truly well spent and worth the quality product. Cons: None, but this is such a great storage container it wouldn't hurt to have an even bigger size! Pros: Sturdy, transportable, stackable. Great color selection and durable hardware. Comments: I've bought 9 of these so far and will add more as my business grows. I've lined them with extra padding for transporting/shipping merchandise. Excellent customer service!!

Pros: Very sturdy and well made. The size will be perfect for our daughter's dorm room and the available color choices made it easy to combine function and fun! Cons: None!

Pros: Really nice color options. Great quality. Lots of room and will be awesome for extra seating in a small dorm room. Cons: Don't see any-it is exactly what I was hoping for.

Pros: Very sturdy. Very nice looking, quality trunk. It slides on carpet very easily, even when heavily laden. Otherwise, the two handles make it easy for two people to pick up. Cons: None other than very pricey, but you get what you pay for. Comments: I would like some more. Just need to save up.

Pros: Looks sturdy. Have not used it yet. Cons: Screws were loose on 2 side locks. Holes were too wide for them to grip. We replaced them - though now they stick out into the box a bit. Should be more careful during construction. Store Response: We apologize that your trunk arrived in less than perfect condition. Please contact customer service at 1-800-535-2057 so that we may send you the correct sized screws for your trunk.

Pros: We bought 2 lockers 4 years ago for our sons that were going away to academy. Both have held up and are tough. The finish has held up really well. I like the large size, the lining inside the locker. The way the locker locks is very tough and DIFFICULT to remove. It's my daughter's turn to go away to school and we bought another locker. The new design of the tray sliding from side to side is great because in the old style tray, my boys ended up removing it from the locker and not using it because it was bulky and in the way. Cons: I wish there could be a slight discount if a person orders multiple lockers at one. Still, the quality of workmanship is there and this locker will last for a long time. Comments: One of my son's lockers needed some repairs and customer service was very proactive to get the problems repaired. So this company is serious about it's lifetime repair policy. Pros: Extremely sturdy! This footlocker will take my son's possessions back and forth to college for the next 3-4 four years. I got it in burgundy (college colors). I have another son who will go off to college next fall and he is looking forward to getting his footlocker. He has already picked out the colors. Cons: It would be great if the footlocker had retractable handles similar to those on a suitcase, making it easier to pull on the wheels. Store Response: Thank you for your suggestion.
