The part was back ordered and I was not notified right away. I then tried to get info on my purchase and had a very hard time getting a response. After trying several times with no response, I finally got ahold of someone. I was told by one person they would be shipped on Friday, the following Monday I was told that they had been wrong and they would be shipped that Friday. Over a month to get my product and only tow communications from the seller.
