Of the two orders I've placed, neither were correct. The first time, was a problem with customizing a 4-piece order of soap, by denoting the custom selection in the comment's section. The second order, shipped with incorrect products, where even the included shipping receipt was incorrect. The second order was corrected, and in the end, I received everything as ordered, but your company took a loss on the shipping, and items that were sent in error. PLEASE be more careful in the future. We love the quality of your products. We are thankful for the quality of your customer support, but would like it better, if we never had to use it.

You have a great product, great service and I get it shipped to me in a very timely fashion. Are you on Amazon or Ebay because you should be if you are not. Why don't you set up your web site something close to Puritan's Pride website ? It might help your customers to become more familiar with all the products you market.You would be better able to educate customers to the significant difference in quality and price your products offer.
