So far the process on the website purchasing was easy. The only thing I noticed was the general security on the site wasn't encrypted. The payment portion was. Wish the whole site was. I received my items and they are great. I do wish though I had received a shipping notice. I kept checking the website and it just said processing. I did however receive the items within the stated shipping time. I just wish I hadn't had to call to see what was going on with my order.

I like the glasses but the second day after getting them, one of the lenses popped out. This is the second pair of glasses I have bought that has done this after little wear. This pair of glasses was replaced under the warranty but still...it happened.

I have had these sun glasses for a couple of years and they were fine until one of the legs broke on the thin area and customer service said they do not sell replacement parts. Apparently they want me to buy another pair, which I'm NOT so inclined to do if it has the same reliability problem as the prior pair I own.

These do what I need them to. Protect my eyelids from UV rays after eyelid surgery and they look nice.

I love them BUT, they break midway on arms to ears. I dropped them and snapped in two. Sides could be thicker so be harder to break. Seem both pairs lost same side. Really like the look and do recommend to friends. At $20 a pop, I’m now up to $60

The reason it got 3 stars is because it did not come with a case or covering. The sunglasses are not the best quality. Cheaply made. Disappointed customer.

Cannot follow the order online - we're kept in the dark. The website was showing "processing order" up until the delivery guy knocked at my door. A few days after placing the order I wrote to customer service, they answered me quickly that my order is out for delivery, however I received it 3 days later.
