The sides are so wide and high that they cave in over a person in the hammock . . you can't see out, and is difficult to get out.

When I needed to return one of two hammocks because it was defective, I had to wait for the company to get back to me with return information. Website difficult: when I clicked on the order number, the site would not take me to the order. Then when I had to return the second one: same procedure.

Colorful, sturdy, holds up even when we keep it outside. (A little longer than our ancient hammock frame, so wrapped the end around once.) Soft to lie in, not stiff, yet just enough support. A nice place to spend part of an afternoon.

Love it and got it in two colors. It's quite big and use it as a chair or a complete cover body hammock while it rocks me to sleep depending on the wind strength. My nieces and their children fight over this. Too bad I don't have two other trees to have the other out at the same time.
