The product did not fit. It was too tight and closed off my sinuses. If I put it high enough that it was off my sinuses enough it sat on my teeth. No refund. Only offer for credit. Not thrilled and won't use this company again.

I was a little unsure about the mask. With a quick phone call, the lady told me that part of the mask is called the cushion. I didn't need the frame at all.

I have not used my new face mask yet but anxious to try it. I normally use the Amara view but wanted to try a couple other styles now that there are more to choose from.

Hi Charlotte, sorry for any confusion on our end. Mask kits are just the frame and the cushion, if you needed a headgear, you would have needed to add it to your order. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Love these masks. Little leaking. Easy on and off. The magnetic clasp works like a charm. Can lay in any position with a normal pillow. Can read without difficulty while wearing it.

Had 3 other mask. None worked, and leaked buckets of air. 50 to 100 liters per minute. After much research, I decide to try this N20i as a last resort. I have a beard, move around a lot at night, and usually end up on my side. This one works well for side, no leaks, maybe need to go up a size when i replace it, but its working for me!
