Received my order today. Box was totally crushed and taped together. Heated tube looks like it’s been dumped out and drug across the floor. Tub box corner is dented in but item inside looks to be intact and in damaged. Attached are photos of the shipping box.

It looks good but have not used it yet. The others from our company have split after a couple weeks. Ordered two because I was using a lot of electrical tape repairing last two we had. Not sure if these will be any better. Price was good and they arrived quickly. Maybe quality is not that good? Have been using this product for a couple years. The tearing of the tubes just started.
