I did love the mask and was so pleased until the memory foam ripped from the silicone. It actually is only months since I purchased it. I did email C -pap Nation with this Complaint. I will further my review if I get positive results.

Hi Susan, memory foam cushions are actually meant to be replaced once a month, they are not long-term. The memory foam can wear down from the natural oils on your face and the normal wear and tear with wearing it each night. I used the Sleep Advisor prior to buying and was told I'd have to go with a size large mask, and that is too big and I can't use it. I'm still paying using the multi payments for a product I can't use. I had tried using it and the mask was just too big to stay in place and I had to go find my old mask so I could get some sleep that night. I don't have much spare time to call customer service as I'm usually working 6am to 6pm or later most nights. (work as a police officer)

This useless piece of junk is the biggest rip-off I have ever purchased! Absolutely NO help. Leaks like sieve! Mask seal of 7 out of 20. Come on, man! I am having better results with a regular band-aid! No kidding; a band-aid!

Product is ok but they never tell you they are disposable and only good for 30 days. At $50 a pop that’s insane.

Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback! Insurance recommends replacing your full face cushions once a month because of the germs that build up and to keep your therapy effective. On each product page, there is the recommended replacement and cleaning guidelines info. We also run sales all the time to help keep prices down! Please let us know if you need anything else!

By far the worst CPAP Mask I have ever had. Used it for 10 mins and tossed it in the drawer/ When breathing it moves up and down like a pump. Made it impossible to relax and sleep/ Went back to my old reliable.
