This is the first time trying this. I'm sure a lot of people really like it, but it is not a good fit for me, and will be going back to regular instead of the one with memory foam.

I like the memory foam because my face has become sensitive to silicone masks. There is silicone in this mask between the memory foam and the clear piece that connects to the hose. I must be careful about how I put the mask on because it is easy to come in contact with the silicone part. I have been wearing this mask for about 6 weeks and I have noticed that the mask seal score is not as perfect as with my previous masks but has not affected my events per hour. I wore the ResMed AirFit F30 before, so this is a change from a nose pillow and mouth design to an over the nose full facemask. It is a very comfortable mask though and I am happy that my face isn't irritated anymore.

This mask doesn’t fit as well as the previous ones I’ve had. It seems to leak easily at the top of my nose. I’ll probably look for a new one somewhere else.

Not what I expected. Very itchy and air leaked at the top. This face cushion was unusable!

Hi Frank, we are sorry to hear this has been your experience! It sounds like you need a different size if it is leaking at the top. You also need to make sure to replace a memory foam cushion once a month because it will wear down. If this doesn't help, you can also switch out the cushion for an AirFit F20 and keep the same frame and headgear.
