Used one night so far. Excellent! More comfortable and more reliable seal with less strap tension than for previously utilized full face mask, AirFit F10. Alcohol wipes recommended for routine maintenance in order to keep water out of tubes. I expect to buy again and would recommend to a friend.

Doesn't come with a strap! the picture I'm looking at has a 4 way strap that attaches to the frame. I did not get that piece. Word to the wise, don't try holding it on your face while you sleep

Hi Colin, sorry for any confusion but a mask kit is just the frame and the cushion. If you needed the headgear, you would have needed to add it when asked. Let us know if you have any other questions.

What I needed most was the cloth strap that holds the mask on my face. It is in the picture but the package I received only had the face pillow and the air line in it - no cloth strap. I will be able to use what I received but I’m not a totally satisfied customer

Recommended to switch to the AirFit F30i by my sleep doctor. Tried it when it arrived but can’t get it to seal. Noisy when using it and unable to sleep due to the noise. Went back to my old face mask style.

I love the idea, but I've been waking up with swollen eyes. The nose "pillow" apparently pushes up under my nose, and is causing my eyes to swell. I'm going to have to go back to the full face mask. Ug.

I would like to return / replace the face mask I purchased. It causes my eyes to swell by putting pressure under my nose and raising it up. I'm battling with it every night, as a side sleeper, as it leaks if I move in the wrong direction.

Picture shows straps ( headgear) and description states FULL face mask but it isn’t and future orders will more than likely go to someone else

Hi Rob, sorry for any confusion. Our mask kits are just the frame and cushion, you need to add the headgear separately if you want a full mask. We will make sure this is clearer for people going forward, thank you for providing your feedback!
