THE MASK ITSELF IS VERY GOOD, BUT THE STRAP IS POORLY DESIGNED. THE BACK OF THE THE STRAP CUTS INTO MY NECK. ANY IDEAS?

Hi Sandra, you can try the AirFit F30i mask, the headgear is a little different and might work better on your neck. The Velcro doesn't stick well and comes loose at night while I sleep and wakes me up and defeats the purpose of a bipap
