So many different deals takes longer to just order. Hard to decide what to go with sometimes. I would like an iphone app that I could just press a button to order or make a small adjustment to an order and have it done. Thanks! I appreciate your service very much!

I love your price,and shipping time was a lot improved from last time I ordered. Also I changed my prescription by e-mail a day after confirming purchase, the customer service immediately confirm my changes. Last year I purchased from the other company where located Vancouver due to rush necessity and demanded price match with contactexpress and they did. They advertize as lowest price, but not true, conatct express is lowest price. Will purchase from contact express in the future and refer to my friend unless it will be rush.

Your website is not very attractive, nor is it intuitive. I have also found it just didn't work the first two times I tried to order.
