good, the element order in the checkout page is a little off, and I tried to put a username instead of an email, it didn't show what my error was, just put the cursor on the username, I didn't know what I was doing wrong until after trying the third time. It should says Email instead of Username, and show an Alert (popup) if the user is doing something wrong

Please refer to help desk tick 2241, after many changes to my pc, and 4 new web browsers I got in and paid for the cert. I hope that the cert comes without any more issues.. I was asked to send screen prints by do to the amount of them and the change each time i click on something.. I'm not doing it.

Encountered a confusing form validation error (did not see that user name should be an email address and pressing submit simply failed and directed input to that field -- no message explaining what was wrong. I thought perhaps the username was already taken), got an HTTP 500 response while trying to checkout, etc. just a bumpy process. I also haven't yet seen what I need to provide to complete the vetting process and receive the EV code signing cert.
A representative reached out to me though and from there on things went well. Validation happened faster than I expected, and I was pleased to receive the HSM with the certificate a few days later.

I received very good support when I contacted CodeSignCert. The minor problems I had were solved and the support representative really made sure everything worked. The price for the certificate seems similar with different companies, so why pay $15 more.
