I first renewed a Thawte product that was no longer available. It took a while to sort it out, but agents were quick and helpful once they realised the problem.
The substitute product from Sectigo took a long time to be delivered due to their validation processes which resulted in many emails over 2 months before I eventually accepted a product which wasn't exactly what I wanted; that is not codesigncert.com's problem as they are just an agent in the process.

After payment, there is no enough hints provided that client should do some additional steps at the codesigncert.com prior the paid order will be really passed to Sectigo. After a day of waiting, I've found these steps myself. And the tech support of codesigncert.com answered to me one day more later. As for Sectigo, they checked my Russian passport over 2 weeks.

Overall is ok, although I am in need to struggle in resolving some of the issues in downing the certificate. Hoping you can give a clear guidelines in future, since we are a novice in using cide signing services. Browser approach is outdated and not practical. How can you expecting client to use an outdared brower nowadays.
