After more than twenty years, Ron and Sue Kardynski decided to retire, and in July 2009 Clown Antics was sold to Blake Cabot. Blake brings a background in business and information technology, a love for humor, and an appreciation for what the Kardynskis have built. Continuing on from old management to new is Pamela Baker, Sue's daughter, who will remain at ClownAntics.com, to help maintain the tradition of first-rate customer service and the best clown wares for folks who love the clown industry.

The perfect pumpkin hat. Wearing it walking down the streets of New York City I've received more compliments than I have received regarding ANYTHING I have EVER worn before in my life. And the sources of the compliments range of the widest of demographics: young white women. young black men. old black men. Hassidic Jews. Children of all sorts. I recall walking down West Broadway one evening (I'm a 65 year old man with a white goatee and mustache) and passing a group of attractive young women out on the town, dressed to the 9's. One of them, noticing me and the hat, said "Hi there, Pumpkin" in a very complimentary and friendly (tho no MORE than politely friendly!) voice. A few days ago I received unsolicited compliments on the pumpkin beret from no fewer than four people in the space of an hour as I walked around town.
