The sound is terrific, could not believe the difference from the speakers I had in the car. The only complaint is the mounting holes in the frame could be lined up a little better.

This speaker is bad, it will not take the power of the radio with the loudness feature turned on. I will be replacing it as soon as I find a replacement.

This dual speaker handles the power output of the modern replacement radio I bought for my 1957 Thunderbird whereas the dual speaker I had previously purchased did not. I also bought the radio (AM/FM, MP3/iPod aux input, Bluetooth) from Classic Car Stereos. I am a Happy Camper now and my car's dash looks original again!
