I received 10 broken bowls . For 2 weeks I had a big box with broken dishes in my living room just in case I had to return them. After a long while I finally received the new ones but they sent 36 instead of 10 so now I had to put that box next to the box with the broken ones and wait to return those. I finally received a return label so I was able to finally get rid of those boxes but I did not like the fact that I had to carry that heavy box to a UPS store otherwise they would have charged me to pick it up from my house. I think you should have paid for the box to be picked up since none of this was my fault. So in all that was not a pleasant experience but i must admit that the person I dealt with (Corey Williams) was very nice and polite, he did everything he could to help me
