It was a gift for our soccer coach. The whole process was perfect. The bobble head arrived well before expected. The communication was great with pictures and proofs for approval request. Make sure you check your spam or add to your contacts so emails do not get sent to spam, otherwise your lack of response could hold up the process. The bobble head was the perfect amount of likeness to the picture; meaning it was flattering to the picture.

Very easy and quick process. Would definitely use again if in need of a bobble head!

I found the ordering process to be very easy from start to finish. Proofs were sent in a timely fashion and requested corrections were made. The doll is lovely and I would definitely recommend them. Only glitch was that the doll was shipped and arrived before notification of order completion was sent.

Creating the bobble head figurine was a terrific experience. Communication with the design team was prompt and efficient. Being able to collaborate with the artists was key to getting a good result, so users should be prepared to critically review the proofs and be able to accurately give feedback to improve the sculpture. I required some special painting and it was handled very well. And the shipping was extremely efficient, my order arrived in 3 days, and I wasn't even in a hurry. A very good job all around. This was a somewhat lengthy process, however the end result is beautiful and I love it. The proofs along the way got me even more excited for the product to be finished and delivered.

This was a great experience, easy to navigate the web site and upload the pictures. The hardest part is choosing which bobble head to order - lots and lots of choices.
The proofing was easy and once approved the turnaround time was quick. Final product is great.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the bobble head based on the price paid. Unfortunately, my bobble head does not even bobble because the hair is too long and therefore it does not move. This was a gift. Besides end product, was happy with customer service.

My Bobblehead experience was good throughout the process. If I were to give any advise ........ I would recommend you submit good pictures and several if possible. I take responsibility for not submitting very good pictures of my subject. And still the Bobblehead turned out pretty good. Overall is was a great experience.
