Ordered the bobbleheads as awards for our two top territory managers in our region. Very happy with the finished product on each. They look great and their likeness was captured perfectly. Website and ordering process was fairly easy to navigate and proofing process was also easy. Only negative is that we didn't receive the dolls as quickly as I had hoped, given we paid for 2-3 week processing. Overall, very happy with the process and product!

Overall, we had a great experience, so much so that we ordered a second bobblehead for someone else. The bobblehead itself was amazing, and the quality and detail were superb

The only issues we had, which was as much my fault as theirs, is that they neglected to put our $10 team logo on the jersey of our bobblehead. I approved the proof, thinking it would be going on as a final step, but that was my wrong assumption. Also, I was highly disappointed in the "text" that is put on the base the bobblehead as it cost me $25 and was nothing more that 1/8" tall type on clear tape/labelmaker and barely visible to our recipient.

I was very pleased with the entire process. I had to request 2 alterations to the proofs, and they were both completed quickly and satisfactorily. The order was a gift, and the recipients loved it!

I had an overall very good experience with bobblemaker.com. I found the site through Groupon and created a bobblehead for a Christmas gift. The creation and shipping time was consistent with what I was told when I ordered. The proofing process was helpful and I can see where the changes I suggested were made. The only issue I have is that my Bobblehead's head is not straight forward, it's slightly off to one side.

I would still recommend this site and their products to anyone.

The doll received matched the photo I sent so much, it made me feel like my son had a twin.

I would like to thank your staff for initially speaking with me on the phone as I am skeptical of communicating via the on line system. They assisted me with getting started and further communicating on line.

I was very happy with the results of the bobblehead. It was a joint gift to my boss from the department, after seeing the proofs all were excited about presenting it as a Christmas gift and gathered to watch it being opened. No one was disappointed and the boss was so delighted he paraded it around the entire dealership.

Needless to say it was a BIG HIT and I would recommend this gift for any one wanting a unique gift.

Excellent service! Love the Bobblehead and I think my boss will too :) It's for her 15th anniversary of running an awesome boutique fitness club like the super hero she is!

Ordering was smooth and simple, the biggest challenge was selecting from the wide variety of bodies available. The proofing process was thorough and timely, and the delivery, even during the holidays, was swift. I was so tickled, I missed checking for the logo, which was entirely my fault, other than that, the bobblehead is really great!

Omg!!! I absolutely love my custom Bobblehead I ordered! The ordering process was simple and quick. The design team worked with during the proofing process in a timely manner. Final product was great. Proof process worked well to get final result. Took a little too long between body final and painting. Probably 5 days more than it should have been. I still recommend using the company.

The overall experience was excellent! The proofing back and forth took a little bit but not because I didn't provide all the information.
