I do not often post negative reviews, because I believe in second chances and giving the benefit of the doubt. But I have no choice not to voice my latest experience with Amazing Wristbands. I placed an order on January 22 for large 1/2 inch wristbands. They called and let me know that large wristbands were out of stock, but the mediums fit most adults. I said that would be fine. I received the medium wristbands, had four adults try them on, and they were much too small. I called to let them know of the sizing issue, and because we needed to order addItonal wristbands anyway, they agreed to give me a discount on this order. I placed it while on the phone with Jerry, and he told me to pay through PayPal, as this would allow them to apply the discount. I did as I was told. Fast forward four business days, and I do not see a discount applied in my account. I give Amazing Wristbands a call, and Jerry then lets me know that while ordering, I needed to click the pay with PayPal option, THEN EXIT THE WINDOW. He said that because I went through with the transaction, there was no way that he could apply a discount. He also said that he could not refund my account for the discount amount, "because nothing was wrong with my order." The conversation quickly went south, and he became rude and short with me, treating me like I was ignorant. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, and he snarkly stated, "No, I'm the only one here." Because of his attitude, I will unfortunately not be able to order from them again because of this experience. It's a shame because the actual product that is created is good at a good price.

Issues with credit card portion and was forced to you PayPal. Order receipt does not provide estimated date for shipping and arrival. Otherwise many options to choose from.

The website doesn't accept credit cards, and from what I can tell, it isn't working properly to design the bands as I have been in the past.

My order was half right. The font was wrong on the grey bands.

I did like how you tried to problem solve to get me an order in time.

I made a purchase on the website last Tuesday, January 7th, 2020. My family and I had designed bands to wear in support of my father. I called that night to get an estimate on how long it would take to receive the bands, and the representative helped me to select and option that would arrive within the window of time we needed. He even sent me photos of the product and updated my order that evening. He was extremely helpful. I wish I could remember his name so I could thank him personally!

I was very impressed and pleased with the options for products and personalization, the customer service, and how quickly we received out products. We received the bands on Saturday, only 3 days after ordering. Thank you so much! We will definitely be purchasing more merchandise from your site in the future.

The design process was easy, but trying to pay resulted in several errors. Customer service called back and said that credit cards were not working and PayPal was required. That was definitely not my preferred payment method, but I was fortunately able to make it work.

After cancelling my order, I have repeatedly requested a refund since October 2019. I have contacted customer service regularly and have not received a tracking number or a refund check. My order has not even gotten to the graphic artist and my card was already charged. At one point I was told the check was in the mail, and then told (by another person replying to the customer service email) that the check would be cut that Friday - which was weeks ago. I just want my money and the end to this ordeal.

I ordered 200 vape bands in May. I never received them. I have contacted the company at the end of July. Was told I would be sent a refund. Never happened. COntacted again in September, said i would received a check in the mail. Never happened. Called again today and was treated poorly and was told to email the owner and that they couldn't help me. Not even caring about the whole situation. Very rude! Still no refund and no product! 7 months later!

I ordered wristbands on Aug 17; I didn't hear anything so I reached out on Aug 28. There was some snafu with my order so I ended up cancelling my order on Sep 1. As of today (Nov 24) I have not received a refund. The last communication I had was 'we don't have any further information' regarding the order or when it will be refunded. All communication with this company has been initiated by me; they never let me know there was an issue until I asked about the order status. They are silent about my refund until I ask. Then it's excuse after excuse.

We ordered bands in July 2019 and never received them. We spoke with them in August 2019 and were told by a very helpful rep that the location had burned down or was no longer open BUT their office in Texas could produce the order. We confirmed everything and were told the order would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. It's November 21, 2019 and we haven't gotten any products or heard that there would be another delay. They took our money and NEVER produced products. SAD Another one of my childhood cancer foundations had the same problem.

Unfortunately, to get to this point to post a comment, I had to give at least one star for the above categories. Otherwise, I would not have given any. The customer service was great until I never received the product, and therefore, requested a refund -- and guess what, I've not heard from the company since and I did not receive my refund. No worries for me, as my credit card company is crediting my account and will investigate the charges, but I just thought others should know my experience.

BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!! I placed an order on 9/3/19. When I was informed of a 6-8 week delay in my order on 9/10/19, I cancelled the order. Following cancellation, I inquired many times about my refund, and no luck. I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they unfortunately had to close the complaint because the company failed to respond. Now I am out $250!!
