A proof was never sent. Payment has to be made before work is done. They couldn't do what I designed so they made a judgement call without reaching out to me. Final band was unusable. No recourse. They were not willing to refund or redo band.

Goodafternoon, my name is Joshua Solares Broadway and honestly this website and company is my go to shop when i need some wristbands, the prices are awesome and the product itself is the reason i keep returning! the site is built and set up as simplistic and convenient as possible and it's sometimes hard to choose what i need because the colors, fonts and etc are just so good! My overall experience shopping at "Amazing Wristbands" has been great and i appreciate you guys!

I ordered last July. Have attempted to get a refund due to them not being able to fill my order. Cancelled order in August and still have not received a refund. Call monthly sometimes weekly to get an update. Always told it would be sent by the end of the week but it has never came.

I had such a card time getting my order to go through with my debit card. I finally had to login into pay pal to get it to work. I tried calling yesterday to talk to someone about this and I could never get ahold of anyone.

Like the product and also the fact that you take small, custom orders. But I did not like having to use our PayPal account in lieu of my credit card where we earn bonus rewards. Hopefully you can fix your issue with accepting credit card payments.
