There were some issues with getting a unit that had a moving part in it. The customer experience team was great in trying to resolve all the issues. Finally got my unit last week and I'm using it multiple times every day!! Thanks for your help Mark!

This is one of the best things to have been purchased by me. I hate messes especially when it comes to cooking items that splatter! This air fryer makes this a non-issue but what's most unique to this particular appliance is the stainless steel basket. I have refrained from purchasing an air fryer for years because I do not use non-stick products. Most importantly the thought of an air fryer cooking my food with non-stick material slowly seeping into my food over time is a horrifying one! I researched this for a while and this is the only vendor that carries this particular model. Clean up is truly easy and this little machine has changed my life!! I'm blown away!! Also the price is comparable to many other air fryers on the market so don't balk at the cost, especially since if you open a new account you get a discount coupon code! I'd purchase this at the drop of a hat again!

For a scratch and dent this unit was in great condition. All I could find was a tiny dent on the back corner, which i have under a cabinet anyways.. This Wineador has been a game changer for me, constant temps, and so easy to keep great humidity for my cigars.. You cant hear it run, i can actually hear my Cigar Oasis Excel over the New Airs motor.. Wish I would have gotten this unit sooner that's for sure. If you're on the fence about the "scratch & dent aspect, I feel it's well worth it.. Had a great cedar smell, not plastic at all..

Have ordered several of these compressor coolers over the years. First one still working great. Much better than the thermoelectric versions that do not have good cooling capacity.

The unit was delivered on 12/14/18 . I installed it that evening only to have to take it back down and repair it! The upper left heating element was not aligned properly in the mounting bracket causing the fan to hit it and not turn. No problem, simply removed the grill assembly and bracket to align and repair. Not a scratch or dent on the unit but was missing the carriage bolt. Once re-installed, the heater worked great. Good air flow and heat.

Your website did not work right when trying to apply a coupon because it still showed the shipping charges when it was supposed to be free shipping for a set of air fryer accessories I tried to order. You told me to call and give my info over the phone to order after I let you know about the issue. The question came up if I lived in the States because I guess the coupon doesn't work on foreign orders, and I said yes I live in the States.
I tried a couple different times with the same results so at that point it became too much of a hassle so I am making do with what I already have at home.
I do like this air fryer but if the door issue doesn't clear up I will have to send it back.

I have been using this air fryer every day and am loving it except for today, the fan/heat coils would stop working during the cook cycle, which is why only 3 stars. I put the drawer in like I always do so I know I am doing it right but I had to tape the drawer to the base today to keep it running. I will try again tomorrow and see if it continues to cook, if not then I will contact the company. Could just be a fluke moment.
