It has been 1 weeek and I should have received my wine cooler by now or at least some tracking information. The website says to call, chat or email. Well, the phone number message says they are no longer taking phone calls, there is no chgat box to even do a chat with customer service and they have not responded to my emails. I am worried I have been had.

I have two new-air a 18 and a 28. The 18 is very quiet but the 28 does make some noise but not bad i have both in utility room. The new 32 is in my breakfast room and is very quiet. Got a great price on dent and scratch (can't see any. Delivery was fast and packed very good. Easy to set up and as i said it is quiet. It cooled down fast and my wine is in place. You can't go wrong with NewAir.

NewAir is a great wine cooler. They have good prices and service. Customer service is also very good at least the lady I talked to.

as advertised as scratch and dent the three sides that count had no scratches or dents there was a good dent in the back also as the compressor is not damaged when I turn it on I believe this was the right choice

Ordered the scratch and dent. Only 1 small ding on back of the unit and a Crack on one of the plastic feet which was easily fixable. Great savings and very happy with purchase!!

After reading many reviews, I decided on this wine cooler. It has everything that my small wine collection needed. The bottom will hold my larger bottles and the rest fit nicely. It cooled to the temperature I wanted. It took several hours to get to the correct temperature, but has not fluctuated once. I bought a scratch and dent model, not knowing what it would look like, I was a little concerned. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the cooler. I had to look for any damage and only found a small dent, barely noticeable!
