I installed two of these T-stats. Working with high voltage is a challenge. Not so much for the voltage itself, but the 12ga wire you have to bend and try to cram into a small space. And some boxes are piggy-backed onto other circuits, which makes it even more of a challenge. Anyway, the T-stat looks good and works well. My only complaint with it is that I wished the back light would stay on, or have the option to stay on, all the time.
