Haven't been taking it long enough to see results, but this was highly recommended. My husband and I are both taking it each morning. He said he feels a little better, I have been sick so that's why it's hard to evaluate. I would wait a while longer before asking people for their input. Although my lack of improvement may be because my system is so deficient.

Alpha Mineral Support has apparently helped to lower my essential High Blood Pressure. I have tried various cures since I was diagnosed 15 years ago. I refuse to take prescription drugs because of their side effects. Exercise helps, vegan diet helps, alkaline ph seemed to help a little. a proprietary Chinese herbal formula did work for me for the three years I took it, but it cost me over $80 each month. I wanted a simpler and more cost effective way to normalize my blood pressure. Trace mineral support was the latest trial I have been using for over a month now. I was tired of having an entire shelf dedicated to vitamins, while still missing many of the essential vitamins and minerals my body needs for optimum health. Not to mention the confusion in trying to put it all together. 2 bottles in the fridge, and one on the shelf. This company is just the best to use for any product they have. They are truly concerned about your experience and how the product is working for you. I received the mineral support bottles in a very timely manner and have been extremely happy with the results. I have way more energy and believe they are correcting a deficiency that I wasn't even aware of in my system. I have purchased this pack a couple of times and will continue to do so. I take the regular adult dosage and give my girls ages 2 1/2 and 6yrs old half of the adult dosage. Mix it in with a little juice and they drink it down easily. We just call it our "juice party". Makes it fun. I always get fast shipping from the company and have been very satisfied with the price and quality of the products. Liquid vitamins and minerals are the way to go! Quickly absorbs in the body.

I went 3 months without these minerals and started having pains in my legs and lower body. I also had a very low energy level which came back after 3 days of taking these Minerals & the pain in my legs went away. I am 64 and still a working General Contractor doing all kinds of construction, mostly interior finish work, tile drywall, plumbing & electrical. I am very happy with the vitamins and minerals provided in your 90 Essentials Pack. Taking the supplements in this manner is far superior to any other liquids or pills I have used, and I am already feeling greater energy and stamina in just a few weeks' usage. Actually, maybe a rating of 4-3/4 stars, upgraded through a different procedure: The only negative I have found is that the Omega 3-6-9 Support leaves a somewhat unpleasant aftertaste with the gases produced as it breaks down in the stomach. Fortunately, my friendly chiropractor advised that I can avoid the fishy burps by keeping the omega pills in the freezer, because frozen, the pill does not dissolve until it has reached the small intestine. Unless the freezing would destroy the positive effects the pill is supposed to deliver, perhaps you should advise all users to keep the pills frozen until consumed. Thank you for the great products at a very reasonable price!

The Product: Liquid minerals from the Thomas Jefferson Clark mine is an EXCELLENT product. I have used it for years, and have experienced the noticeable difference in overall health, fewer colds and other illnesses, stronger hair and nails, and all of the other benefits that are claimed from the product. I don't know why it works, but it clearly does. The Provider: Alpha Health is an excellent provider of the product. The website is user friendly, service is fast and professional and the price is fair. I previously obtained liquid minerals from another supplier, but was unhappy with the service. I started using the mineral supplement 2yrs ago to ease arthritic joint deterioration in combination w/ Knox gelatin and have achieved stabilization and significant pain reduction. I have since added the liquid vitamin supplement and have notice a reduction of cold/flu events in winter. The only complaint I have is the bottle caps blow out easily and frequently break during shipping making a mess that leaks all over any mail delivered with my shipment. Also, during the month of daily use, the cardboard lid insert gums up and deteriorates and is difficult to remove and maintain a seal on the bottle. Great product/cheap packaging. I hope Alpha Health shows more respect for their product and improves their packaging and shipping process.

My wife and I started taking the 90s essentials, which includes liquid minerals,vitamins and omega 3-6-9 support. Since taking these we notice an overall improvement in our health, we have not had a cold since we started this and for me who in the past gets sleepy in the afternoons, I no longer have that problem. We think the liquid minerals and liquid vitamins are better absorb than the pill form of other things we used to take. I take several other supplements, but I always include mineral support and vitamin support because is has all the things that are not covered in individual supplements. I am happy that the dosage is minimal but very adequate.

Although there are other trace mineral drops on the market, I feel that this is the best and most absorbable form of trace minerals. I read the entire website, and feel that this product is well worth considering. I highly recommend that you educate yourself on the subject. I have just started taking the minerals about a week ago, and am looking forward to seeing positive health changes.
