My neighbor died 8 weeks ago and I got her dog. When my anxiety kicks in she will paw me to calm me down. And she helps me whenever I have to go anywhere. I have really bad social phobia and just having her with me keeps me calm.

I am a returning customer. Tags, car decals & id are very well made & useful. I especially feel good having the do not separate my dog and i, should something unforeseen happen. First time i ordered from working service dog, I purchased above and hotel/travel cards, which were great to hang on door to alert housekeeping of our presence (took down when we left for day)

Initially you sent wrong pic on Canine ID. I tried Email (no response) and phone (left a message, no response). Gave it a couple weeks, asked the wife to stop the payment (Wells Fargo is really good about this). Instead, she emailed, got a prompt response and you sent a new ID within days. I don't know what she did different. So for me the customer service sucked, for her it's great. So by my math you have a 50/50 shot at getting what you pay for.
