I wish to thank you for processing my order so quickly. I was in a terrible situation . Unfortunately I was banned from the Downer Grove Public Library in Downers Grove Illinois even though my service dog Scout had all his harness and identification on. I have been going to that library for two years with no problems. However, there is a new library director who is ignoring ADA LAWS . He threw us out. I decided to added an additional picture ID of Scout to the window of his harness and to buy a sturdier ID holder for my lanyard since the director lied and said that he couldn't see my identity.
